New colourways open to members before everyone else: three days ahead for Penny and Bit, a full week for Tassel. We email you when they do.
Our loafers are Goodyear welted, so the sole can be replaced when it wears through. Send the pair with the prepaid label from your account; they come back in about four weeks.
